We get it. Sometimes you make an online purchase and realize it’s not quite right for you. This can happen with digital downloads for your business, too. Which is why we created a refund policy that is simple and easy to understand:
Our no-hassle, 7-day satisfaction policy means that if you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, we’ll work with you to make sure you’re delighted, even if that means a full refund. You can submit your refund request by emailing us at hello@amberhousley.com.
We’ll ask you some simple admin questions to get your refund processed and then refund your purchase within 7 business days.
